A few weeks ago, we gave you a glimpse into the Crings organization. Today the tour of the Crings house continues and we have arrived at our production, which takes place both "in house" and outside, and the warehouse.
Our production: nothing is too crazy
We produce in two ways: in house we can react quickly, but not in large quantities. For the latter, we have our factory in Tunisia, which produces to our specifications. We have been working for years with this Dutch-run company, with whom we can read and write. Moreover, we only work with European suppliers of materials, so we can guarantee all ISO standards.
And with weekly transportation, we can guarantee punctual delivery.
The in-house production facility is mainly for customizing standard clothing (with logos, for example). Only in exceptional cases do we really produce in-house. We also prefer to have samples and samples made immediately in Tunisia, because they already have all the specifications there. It ensures that after approval of sample materials we can quickly proceed to actual production.
The whole cooperation between the different departments ensures a relatively short production process, which our existing customers like to build on.
Our warehouse: a large stock as standard
Of all the standard items in our assortment, we always have enough in stock. We make sure of that with our sophisticated planning. This smart approach allows us to always provide our regular customers with sufficient safety and workwear.
Moreover, we have a weekly supply of new items from our production facility in Tunisia. This also allows us to handle special requests quickly, delivery within a few days is possible.
The small scale of the Crings organization makes us extremely flexible. And because of the short lines, packing is also very fast, after which we can often deliver within a few days. Of course, this is also done by partners we have worked with for years: after all, we go for long relationships with both our customers and our suppliers.
